Terms & Conditions of Service

By undertaking any services or purchasing any products provided by and/or invoiced by Business Mastery Success Limited (incorporating Martial Arts Business Mastery), clients and consumers are confirming their understanding and agreement of the following terms and conditions. 

The above statement excludes SMART subscription services which are bound by their own terms of service which can be found in your purchase confirmation communications.
Terms of booking – events, workshops, seminars and products
Sales and refunds  

All sales for events, workshops and seminars are considered final 14 days from the date of the payment being received. Should a refund be required on or before the 14th day, then a written notice to this effect should be supplied to support@mabusinessmastery.com along with reasons for the cancellation, a copy of the sales receipt and full contact details where possible or when requested by us. All cancellations and refunds must be authorised by Business Mastery Success Limited.  

Where a refund is requested for a physical product, items must be returned to Business Mastery Success Limited in original, resalable condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the appropriate a safe return of physical items. Business Mastery Success Limited staff, officers or agents will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipment of returned products to Business Mastery Success Limited.

All sales for products are considered final immediately upon purchase, unless a purchase discrepancy is made regarding the product quality or content, in accordance with your statutory purchase rights. In the event that you would like to raise a request for a refund, this must be submitted to support@mabusinessmastery.com along with reasons for the request, a copy of the sales receipt and full contact details where possible or when requested by us. All refunds must be authorised by Business Mastery Success Limited.  

There will be no consideration for or authorisation of a refund without the above conditions being met. Upon the approval of any refund, any payments made under this written contract of sale will be refunded within 10 business days.  

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have booked, you may be able to transfer this booking (subject to availability) as long as you give notification more than 30 days before the event. Any alternations made less than 30 days before the event date will incur a charge of 20% of the original purchase price. 

Where an event involves a refundable deposit to secure a ticket, refunds will be triggered within 48 hours of the completion of the event and may take up to 5 working days to be returned to the ticket holders bank account. To be eligible for the refund, the attendee as named on the booking or ticket must be present at event registration and be in attendance for at least 50% of the event. Only if this condition is met will the refund be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which they were originally paid for, unless a card payment was made more than 60 days previous in which case the purchaser will be required to provide their bank details for a BACS transfer to be arranged. No cash refunds will be issued at the event, unless the ticket purchase was made in this manner. 

Where an event holds a 'money back guarantee', refunds will be issued in the manner in which the purchase was made, unless a card payment was made more than 60 days previous in which case the purchaser will be required to provide their bank details for a BACS transfer to be arranged. Adequate level of provision of service, content and guidance is subjective, and refunds will be issued at the discretion of Business Mastery Success Limited, following feedback received. No refunds will be offered without evidence of suitable attendance and clear and obvious failure to deliver the agreed service, or evidence that content was ineffective although adhered to. 

Events and products aim to provide expert advice business advice, guidance, support and/or materials and resources; however, it is your decision as to the interpretation and application of this content and we will not be responsible for the results, or lack thereof, within your business. We will not be responsible for providing refunds or compensation or to take any other action as a result of your improper application of advice received, or your absence of action.

Changes to provision of event services and offers

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to any live events, seminars or workshops, Business Mastery Success Limited reserves the right to make changes to venues, speakers or dates if necessary, and the right to change the venue of live events within a 20 mile radius (or further if a more suitable venue is required) up to 4 weeks before the event itself. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to advise of any changes no later than 30 days prior to the event. If unavoidable changes are required within 4 weeks of the event, we will notify and adjust the event and communicate with ticket holders accordingly dependent upon the nature of the change.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promoted availability, offers, discounts or services at any time.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all events run as planned and advertised, in certain extenuating circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to alter, postpone or cancel the event. This includes, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and speaker illness. In the event of any such occurrence, refunds will not be issued.

Note that in the case of multi-speaker events, no scheduled speakers may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their perceived fame or position in the billing, and so cancellation by any particular speaker will not entitle you to a refund.

Any bonus offerings listed as part of a sale or promotion cannot be assumed, may be changed for an alternative, and may be subject to demand (initially or ongoing). Bonus offerings are provided as a free offering and are not considered as part of the sale of a service or package and may be withdrawn at any time.  This action to withdraw any bonus offerings will not be considered as a failure to deliver the core product or service purchased. Spaces on bonus events may be limited, but every effort will be made to provide an alternative online option and invitations will be issued in a fair and transparent manner. No alternative service, product or alternative cash value will be offered should the purchaser not wish to or be able to accept the bonus offered.

Live events

All advertised timings, listings and billings are approximate and subject to change. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate arrangements are made for timely arrival and departure, allowing for timetable changes. We will not be responsible to make any refund or meet the costs of any alternative travel or accommodation, or for compensation for any loss of enjoyment or other indirect loss as a result of an event not running to precise advertised times.

Whilst we make every effort to keep all concerned fully informed, it is your responsibility to ensure that the event has not been altered, rescheduled or cancelled. Information will be provided on the Business Mastery Success Limited or event website and social media pages as appropriate and as soon as practically possible, right up to the start time of the event. Emails will also be sent to ticket purchasers as appropriate.

Speakers at live events may present either in person or via video call. Where events and speakers are billed as appearing 'live' they will be in realtime, either in person or via video call, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. Every effort will be made to ensure minimal interruptions to video calls, but we cannot be held responsible for any technical failure and will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative in the event of technical failure. 

Where recordings of live events are offered as part of a package (in person or online), we cannot be held responsible for any technical failures that result in the recordings being unavailable. We will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. No refunds (partial or full) will be offered in the instance where this element cannot be provided. 

Products (Electronic or Printed)

Guidelines for the provision of electronic or printed products are as per the sales page and order page advertisement, and no alternative will be offered. 

For electronic products, you are permitted access to only to the resources available for the product at the time of purchase, and you are advised to view as much of any recorded content as possible and download and save any required resources to a private storage area within 14 days of purchase or when access becomes available to you (whichever is sooner). It is also recommended that you save a duplicate of any original files saved before making any edits, as the changes made may be irreversible.

From time to time, we may amend the resources and content provided for electronic resources and you are welcome to check back for updates, should ongoing access be part of the purchase made. In the event that product changes, in part of whole, following your purchase, we may be unable to reissue you with any previous versions. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant changes to any document or the product as a whole by email to the address registered upon purchase or that is kept on our records (whichever was provided to us most recently), subject to your communications 'opt-in' status with us. However your purchase is for the resources available at the time of purchase and does not automatically grant you this service. We reserve the right to withdraw access to any product in part or whole at any time.

For printed products, you will be provided with the advertised items as stated at the time of purchase, and will not be entitled to any further products or services unless purchased or advertised as part of the initial purchase. 

Copyright and access

Events and products may contain confidential and copyrighted content that may not be shared, copied or reproduced without the express written consent from Business Mastery Success Limited, or directly from the speaker or creator. Please refer also to conditions specific to any product, service or event that you will receive upon purchase for further guidance and regulation information. 

Live events may be recorded and re-purposed by the event host, promoter, facilitator or presenter, including the the sale or gifting of recordings, presentations or associated resources, including visual and audio footage of the audience, distributed by email, text or on social media. Events may also be streamed live to virtual ticket purchasers and on social media. Anyone with concerns regarding documented and repurposed involvement at events should contact Business Mastery for clarification and rights. Attendees are advised to be aware of this when choosing to share any potential confidential or personal content or information at public events.

Where digital access is provided, products, links, access information and passwords are not to be shared, used or accessed by anyone other than the purchaser, unless specified otherwise in the individual purchase terms and conditions or unless specific authorisation has been obtained. A breach of this clause may result in the termination of access and retraction of permissions for use and no renumeration will be provided. 

Terms of booking – Mastermind, iMAB, & other subscription based services
Sales and refunds – monthly payment plans

By setting up a monthly payment plan, agreement is made to these terms and conditions, and your contract if formed with Business Mastery Success Limited. All monthly contracts will be set up on a rolling payment plan with no set end date (unless specifically agreed, in which case a payment plan end date will be set at the same time as the plan being created). The regular payment date will be set following the first initial payment date. Email support@mabusinessmastery.com should you wish to make any amendments to your payment plan or the services you receive.

All payments are to be made on time, as agreed and stated on the invoice. Late or failed payments will result in your contract being paused and the provision of services may be suspended. If no payment is made within 30 days then your contract will be terminated.

We reserve the right to make reasonable periodic increases in prices to our services. Any changes made to the price of coaching packages will be announced 2 months prior to any increases being made and you have the right to cancel your subscription to our service within 14 days of the announcement being made. After the 14th day, subsequent terms and conditions regarding cancellation continue to apply.

Sales and refunds – bulk payments

Payments made in full by cash, debit or credit card are considered final and act as an agreement of these terms and conditions and are considered final 14 days from the date of payment being received. Should a refund be required on or before the 14th day, then a written notice to this effect should be supplied to support@mabusinessmastery.com along with reasons for the cancellation, a copy of the sales receipt and full contact details where possible or when requested by us. All cancellations and refunds must be authorised by Business Mastery Success Limited.

Should you wish to terminate our services during your prepaid period, you may request a calculation of the refund amount to which you are entitled by emailing the above address. This refund will only be offered for full remaining weeks or months (depending on service purchased) and the value services already received will be considered.

Our services will cease to be provided and access to training resources will be restricted upon the completion date of your prepaid period. Should you wish to extend the services you receive beyond your prepaid time period, email support@mabusinessmastery.com for further advice and guidance.

Cancellation of services

Should you wish to terminate your subscription, notice of a minimum of 14 days prior to your payment date is required. An email should be sent to support@mabusinessmastery.com requesting the cancellation and outlining the reason for your request. Should you cancel within 14 days of your payment date, we may be unable to stop the payment from being processed and your subscription will therefore be valid for another month. In certain circumstances, and only at our discretion, a refund may be arranged upon request to invalidate this additional month.

No refunds will be given for partial months, so your subscription is still valid up until what would have been the date of your next payment. For example, should you cancel on 20th of the month and your usual payment date is 10th of the month, your subscription will still be valid until the 10th of the following month, and all services and accesses will be available to you.

We reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to clients for reasons such as but not limited to failure to commit to regular attendance (repeatedly missing scheduled sessions without notice or regular non-attendance at events specific to your level of service), improper or inappropriate behaviour, or regular payment failures. The consideration of any refunds will be at the discretion of the business owner and will be dependent upon the reason for the termination of the contract.

Should you believe that the services offered or delivered do not meet the standard expected, feedback is welcome via email in order that we are able to improve our service and ensure that you receive the level of service for which you are paying. We request you contact us directly as soon as any concerns arise before cancelling your subscription or discussing your concerns with others, particularly other clients. In the instance of business guidance services, inadequate service is subjective and as such no refunds will be offered without evidence of clear and obvious failure to deliver the agreed service.

Live events

Depending on the level of service purchased, your package may include online or in person live events, workshops and seminars. In this instance, our terms and conditions relating to events, workshops, seminars and products applies.

You will be advised of any key dates upon your application to any programme and it is your responsibility to ensure your attendance. Where possible, a live stream will be made available of in person events for those unable to attend. Online events may be recorded and available to view, dependent upon the nature of the event, but this should not be relied upon. We will not responsible to make any refunds for any event that you are unable to attend.

Scheduled sessions

In house and online sessions calls as part of packages are planned in advance. You are responsible for ensuring your timely agreed availability. No reimbursement or alternative scheduling will be made for any session which are not the full expected duration due to your availability.

Where possible, we will endeavour to maintain a the regular schedule as issued, however should it be necessary to make changes to session dates and times then we reserve the right to amend the schedules. This could be for reasons such as but not limited to host availability, technical issues or the scheduling of additional events. We will reschedule to ensure that you continue to receive the service and frequency of sessions as per your package. No refunds will be available in this instance as the level of service provided will be maintained.

General

Such content may not be shared, copied or reproduced without the express written consent from Business Mastery Success Limited. Attendees are requested to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by fellow attendees. Failure to maintain confidentiality may result in early termination of service and the client will still be liable for full payment of service. 

We reserve the right to amend or cancel any of our service offerings at any time. In either instance, we will endeavour to provide you with as much reasonable notice as possible and will notify you of any financial implications, payment cancellations, or changes to subscriptions. 

Terms of booking – coaching services (stand alone or as part of another service package)

One to one coaching

Coaching calls are predominantly carried out through online discussions and will be planned in advance. You are responsible for ensuring your timely agreed availability. No reimbursement or alternative scheduling will be made for any calls which are not the full expected duration due to your availability.

Where visits in person are arranged at which you are not available, you will be expected to pay the invoice in full and any rescheduled visits will incur an additional invoice. You may also be invoiced for any additional expended incurred as a result of your cancellation or rearrangement. 

If you wish to amend your scheduled calls or visits, email support@mabusinessmastery.com or make the arrangements directly with your coach. Requests to amend require 14 days’ notice to guarantee rescheduling. Requests with less than 14 days’ notice will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Where possible, we will endeavour to maintain a regular schedule, however should it be necessary to make changes to call or visit dates and times then we reserve the right to amend call or visit schedules. This could be for reasons such as but not limited to coach availability, technical issues or the scheduling of additional events. We will reschedule to ensure that you continue to receive the service and frequency of calls and visits as per your package.

Information provided to you may contain confidential or copyrighted content provided for training and inspirational purposes. Such content may not be shared, copied or reproduced without the express written consent from Business Mastery Success Limited. Attendees are requested to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by fellow attendees. Failure to maintain confidentiality may result in early termination of service and the client will still be liable for full payment of service. 

We reserve the right to amend or cancel any of our service offerings at any time. In either instance, we will endeavour to provide you with as much reasonable notice as possible and will notify you of any financial implications, payment cancellations, or changes to subscriptions. 

Other Product Or Service Providers
Business Mastery Success Limited holds no responsibility or accountability for any products or services offered by, provided by or purchased from product or services providers external to those provided directly by Business Mastery Success Limited, whether at an event, online, or through any affiliate links provided by us. Links provided are suggestions for information and reference only and are not endorsed by and/or may not have been used by Business Mastery or any associated business. 

Whilst recommendations or suggestions may be made by Business Mastery Success Limited, it is the responsibility of the purchaser / client / user to assess the source and any associated advice, and make an autonomous decision as to the use or purchase of the business, product or service. Business Mastery Success Limited hold no liability for the subsequent product or service, or the resulting success or limitations of its use or provision. 

Refer directly to the providers terms and conditions of purchase or service for more information. 

Payment Recovery Policy
By purchasing a product, service or ticket, or committing to a subscription or payment plan for a product or service from Business Mastery Success Limited and any associated businesses resulting in your receipt of this document, you are agreeing to honour the full payment.

Failure to settle any payments and agreements for any services, products, events or subscriptions that have been delivered by Business Mastery Success Limited and any associated businesses, without communication by the client or purchaser, will result in the issue of an outstanding balance or final payment statement invoice, followed by a referral to our chosen debt collection agency, as is our standard procedure. 

Note that an administration and debt collection processing fee of £50 or 5% of your outstanding balance (whichever is the larger amount) may also be added to your final outstanding balance and will be displayed on your invoice as such.

This is not a path we ever wish to take but is necessary for our business to ensure that our terms and conditions of service are upheld and that we are able to continue to provide our services. 

We may alter our terms and conditions from time to time and any changes will be published on our website and within the Business Mastery App. All purchases of goods or services from us will be governed by the latest version available to you.
